Inside the Cage Radio is hosted by Sam Caplan and Matt Cava. Sam Caplan runs FiveOuncesofPain.com and also covers MMA for CBSsportsline.com, America Online, SI.com as well as writing for the new FIGHT! Magazine. Caplan is also a radio talk show host and can be heard every Saturday on the ESPN Radio affiliate in Philadelphia, ESPN 920, every from 10 a.m. ET to noon. Matt Cava runs UFCTakedown.com.
