TwitPic recently edited its ToS to essentially state that, by using its service, you give the company permission to do whatever it wants with your photos, including sell them without paying you a dime. As Jeff Cormier at The Next Web rightly points out, the ToS language used by a handful of TwitPic’s many, many competitors, including picplz, yFrog, and Lockerz, isn’t any better.
